Who is/is NOT eligible for free support?
Only stores that have not edited their theme files are eligible for free support on their theme. This can be checked by:
- Log into our partner dashboard
- Go to Themes
- Click on the small graph icon on the right side of our theme's listing
- Check for their store's URL
If their store's URL is not listed, they are NOT eligible for free support because they have chosen to edit the theme files.
