Requesting access to their back office
If we need access to their store's theme settings to provide support, send this email as a response to their request:
Hello,
We would love to help out. In order for us to provide support, we will need you to create a user for us in the back office of your store. You can do this by going to Settings > Users (under General Settings column) > Add User.
- Please use support@streamlineretail.com for the user email
- Check permissions 'Design' and 'Content'
- Set an expiration date two weeks from the time you set up the user
