Locked out of account (Lightspeed OnSite)

Lightspeed will automatically lock a user out of Lightspeed after 5 unsuccessful login attempts, OnSite will disable or lock a user account for 30 minutes for security reasons. We get it, it's the worst. Luckily you have a few options: If your password is lost and you are a member of our support plan, Streamline Support can reset it for you. If you just typed it wrong five times, you can restart your Lightspeed server (Apple>System Preferences>Lightspeed>(in the gear)Stop Server> Start Server.
 
We also strongly recommend that you create an additional administrator user account. It is very important to have more than one administrator account in case of password loss.
